We’ll email you a market report showing the most recent sold properties, under contract, and the ones currently available for sale. These will help you come up with a listing price for your property. You’ll also receive bi-weekly updates on the market changes, so you’re always up to speed on what’s new on the market or what was just sold in your neighborhood.

Document preparation and forms library

We’ll help you prepare the agreements and disclosures necessary to list your home. You’ll also have access to a form library containing all the documents you will need throughout the transaction, such as the Offer to Purchase and Contract.

List on MLS with maximum allowed photos

Your home will be listed on the MLS, with maximum number of photos allowed (photos to be supplied by you, unless you sign up for professional photography). Most local and national brokers (e.g. RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Prudential, etc) will automatically pick up your MLS listing and display it on their websites as well.

Advertisement on all popular real estate websites

Your home will be advertised on hundreds of real estate search websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Yahoo, Trulia,  Frontdoor, and many more (see the complete list)

Lock box for easy access

Homes that have a lock box are easier to show, so your home may get shown more often. If at all possible, you should put a lock box on your home for easier showing. Note: Not all condo buildings allow the use of a lock box. Ask your management office or contact us to find out if your building allows it.

Appointment center and automatic visitor feedback

Appointment center for easy showing scheduling. Avoid the numerous agent phone calls to schedule a showing. The service allows you to set a showing schedule, it updates in real-time with busy times, it even allows automatic showing scheduling or phone call confirmation with you. Agents will be prompted to leave feedback upon conclusion of their viewing.

Broker guidance throughout the transaction

A licensed real estate broker will be available for you throughout the transaction: reviewing purchase offers, guiding you through the home inspections, repair negotiations, contingencies, and answering any other questions that inevitably come up through the offer-to-contract-to-closing process.
